  Terrrible experience. Had a cashier named Emily B and let me tell you this was by far the worst experience i’ve ever had at any store let alone Gamestop. Yeah I can’t blame Gamestop and their system but I can can blame the terrible customer service and snart attitude I was dealt while trying to trade in items. Before anyone makes assumptions my rage wasn’t at how outrageously low the returns were because everyone already knows how bad they are, but the cashiers sheer attitude and lack of awareness has got me heated. I know it may seem better to help customers that come through the door after me first because my process may take longer but when you decide to help everyone who comes in AFTER me - BEFORE me when I have a time restraint and then proceed to act like its normal and disregard me is unacceptable. Then when after you are done labeling everything defective to “your” standards you proceed to give me attitude and back lip a customer who easily doesn’t have to give his/her time at this establishment. Really what i’m trying to push past is Gamestop the company is an OK company but the manager at the Winward Gamestop needs to either do some new hiring tactics or down size on the existing. I honestly don’t even care if you even take my two cents as advice to make your shop better because you are the one making the franchise look bad.
