  Tad is a douche. " I walked up to the counter and set down the bottle, the man picked it up, scanned it, I handed him my card, he swiped it, gave me the receipt to sign, I handed it back, he put my bottle in a brown bag, gave me my copy of the receipt and I left." Sounds like he was checked out pretty effeciently. Yet Tad is complaining about lack of customer service because he wasn't spoken to? Give me a break! To call it lack of customer service is absurd. Hinton's staff is top notch as are their selection of wines and prices. I'm not affiliated with Hinton's in any way, but I am a very satisfied long time customer. I always look forward to visiting the store. And yes I still think Tad and his post are both very douchey. Allen Freeman
