  I recently took a ring in that way damaged but under full warranty. Kay jewelers sent the ring off and three weeks later called me to tell me the ring was in. When I went to pick it up I was shocked by it not bein the same style ring that I had given them. WHile this was not Kay's fault the customer service or very lack there of was appauling. I was told "it is your problem" and their supplier "doesn't make mistakes" meaning that I was lying to them. Linda the store manager was the worst of them all. She offered no help and didn't seem to care how her employees treated their customers. I have been in the customer service business for 17 years and Linda may be te worst "manager" I have ever had the displeasure of coming across. STAY AWAY !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
