  Poor customer service! Just left Leather Creations Alpharetta, GA. My family and I were the only customers in the store and it took approx 5 min for anyone to even acknowledge our presence. There were 3 employees sitting at a desk, who were basically ignoring us. Finally a woman came up and greeted us and I politely told her that we were leaving. We are an African-American family and have unfortunately experienced this type of treatment all too often when entering into supposedly "higher end" stores. One has to wonder if our race/ethnicity had anything to do with our treatment. Either way, this was an unacceptable experience for anyone to have at any supposedly respectable place of business and I will never patronize Leather Creations and will encourage everyone I know to do the same!

  My wife and I just ordered our second Living room set from Leather Creations. The first set I ordered in 1996 when I was a bachelor. Not only is the quality so good to last through 7 years of a bachelors pad (with 2 roommates) it still looks good after another 13 years of daily kids abuse and the kids allowing our two 90 lb labradors to jump and play on it. Matter of fact, it still looks so good we are moving it to the basement and keeping it. One a side note, We had a zipper break on one of the cushions 5 years ago, (15 years after purchased). I couldn't believe when leather creations came to our house and picked up the couch, took it to the factory, replaced the zipper and returned in all at ZERO cost to us. When they say lifetime guarantee, I guess they mean it. We have friends and neighbors who have bought from other "higher end" furniture stores and none have been happy. Even when some of these stores say "made in America" what they don't tell you is the leather may be put on in USA but the frames or bases are made in China. I have found Leather Creations quality to be unsurpassed. I have know people to spend $1500 on a sofa at big box room stores and in 1 to 2 years the couch is sagging in the middle and you need a chiropractor after sitting in it for any length of time. The I read the most recent post on this site for poor customer service and I had to laugh. When shopping for quality, I don't mind if I have to wait 5 minutes. Which brings me to my last comment. All the other furniture stores have leaches and vultures for sales people, They literally jump on you when you walk in the store. Business is not done that way at LC. Just a nice experience for furniture that will last us a lifetime.

  We are so happy with our furniture. We have had for over 5 years, it still looks like new. Our salesperson was very knowledgeable about leather, and very helpful. Would definitely buy from Leather Creations again.
