  I asked for a refund on a custom suit order placed 23 hours earlier. I was told I could not request a refund until the suit was made and shipped to the location which would be in 5 weeks. That is some ridiculous nonsense... I find being lied to by "the manager" reason enough not to shop at this or any other location for the foreseeable future. Luckily, the salesman I worked with the day before got on the phone with someone that could help with the refund and handed the phone to "the manager". Did I mention this was after "the manager" yelled at me to "not to tell him how to do his job!" Glad someone was able to help him with that.. #menswarehouse
