  Had a good experience until the store supervisor/manager named Tiffany came along. A few pointers to you,Tiffany Your customer skills needs serious attention.... Always greet a customer with a smile. Always treat a customer with respect. Never assume,listening and understand. Get to know your store return policy, it's embarrassing for a customer to point out the stores policy to you. To the two sales associates assisting ,you did great! Sadly your manager in charge let the store down.
