I enjoy the chair and hope it helps my back. Great place to buy a chair if one suffers from back pain or just wants support or the back. I purchased the heat kit and am pleased with it. The people who assembled the chair where prompt and knew their stuff besides being very friendly. I recommend Relax the Back store.
