  My experience has been nothing short of spectacular. I am taking the time to write so others will know how courteous and respectful the Guven family and its employees have been. I purchased an engagement ring in December and proposed in early February. Unfortunately the size I requested was too big for my fiancees finger. When we brought it to the store Tony took the ring and offered to have it re sized that evening. An hour later after we went for a bite to eat the ring was ready and a perfect fit. This is where the remarkability of the company stands out. A few weeks passed and one of the stones fell out. My fiancee in tears asked me to take her ring back to the store. This time Sabri helped. Again he offered to add the missing stone while I waited. 30 very short minutes later it was complete. I was able to take the ring and slip on my gals finger again. Crisis averted!!
