  This was the worse Sears I've ever visited. Where should I start!? First my kids and I were in the Home department shopping for a mattress set to purchase along with beddings and the sales representative was very rude. We were not the only ones shopping, but my kids were the only ones to be told they were nit allowed to sit or lay on the beds. That was strike one. We went upstairs to meet my mother so we could leave. I wasn't buying anything in this store. My mom loves bargain shopping and found a few items on clearance. As she looked I found myself looking at shoes.... I found a lovely shoe on clearance. On our way to the register we found a flat pair of Hush Puppies that were on clearance as well. The box had no price so we would get the price at the register. The cashier checked the price and the price rang up for more than was listed as the original price that was maked out on the box. She called the manager as shocked as I was the price took her by surprise. The manager told her to advise me the price is what ever it rang up. I asked for the manager to come to the register and Brenetta Morrow refused. She couldn't see why I, a paying customer wanted to know why the price rang up incorrectly. I waited 7 minutes while the cashier tried to explain why I didn't understand her reasoning for selling me a shoe at an incorrect price. The Sears representatives at North Point Mall are racist and are not concerned with their customer service to people of color. This will be my last time shopping with Sears whether it be online or in stores....
