  Southeast Leisure took six weeks to install a wine cellar that was only 8'x4'. They tried to cut corners every step of the way with insulation and vapor barriers. I had to have three or four conversations with Terry about the shoddy work until he finally had his employee complete the work somewhat close to correct. Once the cellar looked to be almost complete, I paid for most of the work. It looked good aesthetically, but didn't function property. The cooling system worked for less than one day. I tried calling Terry for five consecutive days with no response. Finally I have hired a third party to come fix the cooling system and another technician to properly seal the door that had material gaps thus causing the air to escape. Ultimately this has been a very disappointing experience. I would not use or recommend Terry or Southeast Leisure for any work in the future.
