  I had an ongoing case that sprint customer care could not fix for 4 months. Chris (store manager) was extremely persistant in solving my case, and had it solved in less than 24 hours. This store is MUCH better than the North Point Pkwy store. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

  Disappointed. Most stores can only sell you phones and accessories. Problems? You gotta drive 50 extra miles (1-way), between 10am and 5pm M-F only, to "the" metro Atlanta store that handles service & repairs. Been with Samsung since the GS4, the new GS8+ is beautiful, but it sucks!!! Getting my 4th one replaced within 9 months (but that's not Sprint's fault, it crappy Android updates from Samsung).
