  Every time I have been in this store over the last few years I have received great service. The staff is very knowledgeable about all of the phones (and associated accessories) and can provide detailed descriptions and pro's and con's of each. Great place to get a phone, and more importantly, great service.

  Andrew Williams was such a great help to my family and me. He was supportive and energetically explained pros and cons as well as perfect fit solutions for my families needs in the cell phone, accessories, and data plans areas. He was informative and gave recommendations based on consumer reporting and not just personal opinion. I felt that he was open and honest with the entire process; and I had many questions. He was thorough while getting me the best trade in deals on my phones and explaining the breakdown of the prices overall. He simplified the process even further by matching competitor pricing. And gave us all great deals while giving us options at the same time. Andrew also let us know he was there for us in the future for all of our questions and made us feel welcome to come back to his store. And we will come back to purchase more items because he took the time while being efficient to explain exactly what we needed throughout the processes. He didn’t even take an hour to finish multiple situations I required where anywhere else in the past has taken multiple hours!! I highly recommend this location over a Best Buy or mall store!!!
