Very disappointed in how I was treat recently. I went in to have a few family photos printed. I had most in 4x6 and 5x7, and chose one for 11x14. When I got home the 11x14 was cropped on the right side. I drop back about 15 minutes later and the lady that printed my photos was at the front desk so called up a guy from the back. We discovered the photo could only be printed correctly at 5x7 or 8x10. They told me I would get the difference back. So I had them print the 8x10 from the original file still on their computer. He asked me if it was okay to "call it even" but I said there is about a $5 difference, I'd like that back as I was told I would. He asked if I had the receipt, and I said sorry but no, I didn't think I'd need it given I was just here and it's still on your computer and I just wanted it re-printed correctly. He said you can pay full price and bring the receipt in and I'll reimburse you the difference or you can just call it even and eat the $5. I explained I just paid for it, you have it in your system, and the lady at the front desk was the one that printed it wrong, I'm sure you two can make this work. He said sorry but without a receipt I can't help you. So I would have to go home for the 3rd time to get this fixed. I will go back after work and complete the transaction but will never go there again... they clearly don't give a rats ass about customer service, it's all about the cash register!
